Frank started in the communications field with ROLM back in 1979. Today, Frank is the VP of Business Development and his focus is on establishing and building relationships with other value added resellers, consultants, and networking partners. Frank is involved with the everyday business operations as well, and assists in maintaining Optel’s core values through all levels of customer support.

Josh is the VP of Operations here at Optel BCS, Inc. and is in charge of the day to day activities within our managed services division. Josh has over 15 years experiences in the technology sector as a technician and in management. Some of Josh’s core duties include meeting with new and existing customers, designing solutions and services that enable businesses and their employees to become more profitable and productive, and most importantly, to make sure that all of Optel’s clients are satisfied with our services.
